Recruitment and Retention Grants
The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Recruitment Grants Program provides funding to Districts, Divisions, Flotillas, and Directorates to support local, regional, and multi-unit recruitment and retention initiatives.
Grants of up to $25,000 are available to help units expand outreach, engage new audiences, and strengthen membership in ways that reflect local needs. Funding is available until funds run out.
Applications are accepted year-round.
